Argyll - Large Project Bag (Mustard) - Seville
Large Project Bag. The width of bag at the top is approx. 33cm. Depth is approx. 12cm. Height is approx. 26cm. There are two hemp handles at the top of the bag for carrying purposes either on your shoulder or in your hand. This bag size will hold up to six 100g skeins of 4-ply or DK wool, so it is suitable for a jumper project.
Design is Argyll and is my interpretation of the Argyle diamond pattern based on the music, the movies and my family holidays in Argyll in the 1970s! The colour scheme was inspired by the incredible buildings of Seville in southern Spain which I visited on a recent holiday.
Outer fabric has been machine knit using undyed and eucalyptus plant dyed Spindrift wool from Jamieson's of Shetland. The fabric has then been washed to remove the machine oil. The outer reverse side and the base of this bag have been sewn using a dry waxed organic cotton fabric made in Scotland that is water resistant. Lining fabric is an upcycled linen/cotton from a local Scottish designer. There are three internal slip pockets made from a Portuguese boiled wool Burel fabric.
Please note that the purchase is for the large bag only; it does not include the smaller tool case.
Please sponge clean only.
